▣ MISSION ROLE Onboard the Aurora, Rachel O’Connor serves as: Crew Wellbeing & Psychological Support Specialist, Human Performance & Cognitive Resilience Advisor, First-Response Medical Support Officer (non-surgical emergency care), Remote Stress & Isolation Behaviour Specialist. She operates at the intersection of psychological health, crew performance optimisation, and emergency response support.
▣ OPERATIONAL PROFILE Rachel is calm, observant, and highly analytical in behavioural assessment. She specialises in early detection of psychological stress indicators, cognitive fatigue, and interpersonal tension within isolated crew environments. Her role is preventative as much as reactive, ensuring long-duration mission stability through continuous behavioural monitoring and intervention when required.
▣ CREW INTEGRATION Rachel joined the Aurora mission approximately four months prior to launch as a late-stage specialist addition to strengthen crew psychological resilience and operational endurance capacity.
